While living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia , Amir was in high demand as a voice over talent for all major advertising agencies in Kuala Lumpur. Having worked with most major brands, he has 15 years experience in this field. For the most part, amir is hired as the announcer or a reader of corporate and nature  documentaries.

Currently, he resides in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo where he has a home studio set up but he also has access to fully functional, professional recording studios. In those studios he is Skpe enabled as well if absolutely necessary.
